All communication will occur via email. A comment posted (emailed) by you to PnP-Focus will be visible to all members, some of whom may choose to respond to your question. Since even the response will be visible to all the members, other members might elect to join in to add to the response or to clarify an issue.
Q. What if I receive irrelevant emails? Is PnP-Focus moderated?
PnP-Focus is closely monitored to ensure that participants adhere to the usage guidelines and post content that is relevant to the members--policies, procedures and processes. Violators of the guidelines will have their membership privileges revoked.

The articles you receive from Bizmanualz are a form of one-to-many communication. PnP-Focus, on the other hand, is a private list that lets you engage in many-to-many communication—like in a community, where you can ask questions, or share your ideas and experiences about topics related to policies and procedures, or quality in general. Our role at Bizmanualz will be to facilitate smooth communication while providing responses where appropriate.
