[PnP-Focus] guidelines required please...

Hello, everyone.  Since the message below is one of the first messages on
this new list, I'd like to jump in and request that folks include their
first and last names, as well as the name of their organization in all
messages they post.  An URL for their business, if available, would also be
great.

It has been my experience on other business-focused lists that when folks
know exactly who is writing and what their business represents, the candor
and advice tend to freely flow.  Of course, others on this list may very
well disagree.  At the very minimum, may I suggest we all include our first
name and last initial in closing so others will know who to address in
response (on one list I belong to there are six other guys named "Peter").
