Besat regards from Sabah (North Borneo). Recently I was enlightened about 
supplier v. customer. In my case our contract farmers can be both supplier 
and customer. Supplier in the sense that they supply us fresh agricultural 
and livestock for us to add value to the market. Customer because as 
government agency we must ensure that they achieve increasing level of 
income. Can someone advise me thier cut off between supplier and customer.
