Dear Hanks,
According to the definition Suppliers are the "Persons Who supplies raw
materials, sub-contractracted services, services provided as utilities, etc.
Customers are the potential or intended users of the product or services. In
ur case
Suppliers can be customers but the thing to bear in mind is that clause "
Customer Property"
When ur suppliers provide u with the materials for further processing or
value addition then it becomes customer property.
eg. The design supplied to any garments industry by the buyer is the
customer property. Also any intellectual element is customer property.
I hope It explains.
